Mr. Todd has been a Director since October, 2006.  Mr. Todd joined Forethought Financial Services in 2006 as Sr. Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Risk Management Officer.   Forethought is a financial services company engaged primarily in the life insurance and retirement services businesses.    
 Mr. Todd founded Kesbridge Financial Corp, a management services and consulting company in 2002.  During this time, Mr. Todd or Kesbridge provided a wide variety of financial services to companies which provided asset management, risk management, investment banking, and general business consulting services.   Representative end clients were in the insurance, software technology, leasing, private aviation, and recycling industries. 
 From 1987 to 2002, Mr. Todd was with Conseco Capital Management, Inc. (“CCM”). His tenure at CCM culminated in him being Sr. Vice President, Co-Head of Fixed Income.  In this role, he was responsible for managing over $30 billion for affiliated and third party clients.  Asset classes included investment grade fixed income, high yield bonds and loans, and structured fixed income products.   Oversight responsibilities included research, trading, portfolio management, and risk management.
 Mr. Todd is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute. Educated at Indiana State University, he graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Administration.  He is currently Interim-Chair of the Finance Committee and Chair of the Asset Allocation Committee of the ISU Foundation.  Prior to his position with the Foundation, he served two terms on the university's Alumni Board of Directors.  Mr. Todd is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Avado Brands, Inc., a privately-held company, which operates over 100 restaurants in the United States under the brand names Don Pablo’s and Hops.
